Terms and Conditions – 999ab Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 999ab ("the Platform", "we", "us"). Access to and use of the 999ab platform — including the website at 999ab.vu, the mobile app, all gaming products, sports betting markets, live casino features and any related services — is subject to these Terms.

By clicking "Register", completing the account registration process, logging in to an existing account or making any deposit or withdrawal, you indicate your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, bonus terms or product-specific conditions that may be published separately on the platform.

If you are accessing 999ab on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, though note that shared or proxy account use is not permitted (see Section 3).

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the 999ab platform. Online gaming and sports betting are strictly for adults. 999ab does not permit minors to open accounts, deposit funds or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the platform.

By registering, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• You are participating on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited under local law.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the 999ab platform or had an account closed for rule violations.

999ab reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time, including CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the 999ab platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid mobile number linked to your JazzCash or Easypaisa account (if applicable), and a valid email address. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential.
• All activity carried out under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Notifying 999ab support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

999ab will never ask you for your password by email, chat or phone. Do not share your password with anyone. 999ab is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to keep account credentials secure.

Account names cannot be changed after registration. If you need to update your contact details — such as your mobile number or email address — submit a request through the support channel with identity verification.

999ab accepts deposits exclusively in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer (via IBAN), and selected debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. Available methods may vary and are displayed at the time of deposit in your account dashboard.

All deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment is made from an account belonging to another person — are not permitted. Any funds received from third-party sources may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per method and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed in the deposit section of your account. 999ab does not charge a platform fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.

Deposits are credited to your 999ab balance once confirmed by the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with the transaction reference number from your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank records.

Withdrawals from your 999ab balance are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This same-method policy is a security measure to protect against fraud. Requests to withdraw to a different method require identity re-verification and are subject to an additional review period.

Minimum withdrawal amounts are as follows: PKR 500 for JazzCash and Easypaisa, PKR 1,000 for Raast, and PKR 2,000 for Bank Transfer. Daily withdrawal limits also apply — please refer to the Withdrawal page for current limits per method.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. This includes submission and approval of your CNIC and confirmation that your payment account details match your registered identity. Incomplete verification will place your withdrawal request in a manual review queue.

999ab does not apply a platform fee to withdrawals. Processing times are typically 30–60 minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa, within two hours for Raast, and one to three business days for Bank Transfer. These timelines are subject to the processing schedules of the relevant payment providers and may be longer during peak periods such as PSL match days or public holidays.

Withdrawal requests cannot be reversed once the status shows "Sent" or "Completed". If you submitted incorrect payment details, contact support immediately with your transaction ID.

999ab offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions and sports betting boosts. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer at the time of activation.

General bonus rules that apply across all 999ab promotions:

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the offer terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings that exceed the wagering threshold qualify for cashout.
• One active bonus at a time per account. Claiming a new bonus while another is in progress may void the existing offer.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using bonus funds in a pattern designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any form of collusion — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.
• 999ab reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice, though existing bonuses already activated on a player's account will be honoured under the terms stated at the time of activation.

The 999ab sportsbook covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals, domestic Pakistan cricket and major global tournaments — as well as football, esports and other sports. All bets placed on the platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. A bet confirmation message with a unique bet ID is displayed after successful placement. No cancellations or amendments are permitted after confirmation except where explicitly stated in the event-specific rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per market and are shown at the time of bet placement.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed on your bet slip at the moment you click "Place Bet" are the odds that apply to your wager.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended temporarily during key moments in a match — for example, during a wicket, a free kick or a video review decision. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted.
• If an event is abandoned or postponed and does not resume within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's main balance.
• Cricket bets on PSL and T20 matches are settled on official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. Weather-affected results follow the DLS method outcome where applicable.

999ab reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match manipulation, data feed errors, system faults or any other circumstances that would compromise the integrity of the market.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999ab platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent ban:

• Creating more than one account (duplicate accounts, family accounts sharing a device or IP are all considered violations).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical tool to interact with the platform without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain. Any such gains will be reversed and reported to the security team.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer or disrupt the 999ab platform or its infrastructure.
• Collusion with other players in card games, tournaments or promotional contests to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, identity verification or support interactions.

999ab is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gaming should always be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a way to earn income or recover losses. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit cap through your account settings. Changes to reduce limits take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session reminders: Enable time-based notifications that alert you when you have been logged in for a defined period.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
• Reality checks: Regular pop-up notifications showing time spent and net result for your current session.

999ab provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. 999ab is not liable for:

• Losses incurred due to platform downtime, maintenance windows or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to log out of their account on a shared device.
• Internet connectivity issues on the player's side that result in a bet not being placed or a game session being interrupted.
• Any indirect, consequential or speculative losses arising from platform use.
• Errors in odds or game outcomes caused by data feed failures from third-party providers, where such errors are corrected and bets voided in good faith.

999ab's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from platform use is limited to the value of funds held in that player's account at the time of the claim.

999ab reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via a platform notification or email to the address on file. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the 999ab platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure through support.
